Client
Buffalo City Municipality has signed an energy supply agreement with an energy aggregator. Who in turn signed a 20 Year Power Purchase Agreement with Sinan Energy
Wheeling Arrangement
A wheeling contract allows the developer the right to export power through the Eskom and Municipal Transmission and Distribution Network
Licensing and Regulation
The Proposed Power Plant will be fully licensed and regulated by NERSA
